SAH Network is a collective of South Asian youth who support each other with their mental wellness. SAH hosts free social gatherings in community and partners with local organizations and/or schools to deliver peer-level workshops, making the topic of mental wellness approachable and relational. The key to lasting mental health is building strong bonds through friendship and a strong sense of community, we created SAH to be a safe space for building these connections.

Are you a youth worker, teacher, or other supportive figure looking for a workshop? Contact us today!

SAH is a safe social space in community where we can talk about substance use, family dysfunction, and mental health struggles in a non-judgmental way. The South Asian Healing Network creates a safe environment for self-expression, peer support, and community learning for South Asian youth.
